Solved Anyone have the Linksys RE1000?

Thinking of extending the range of my already linksys 54WG router, which already get's out (through walls) nearly 100', and get the RE1000 and try to extend that signal at least another 100'.
Has anyone, one of these units? It looks pretty simple and I like that it just plugs into an outlet.

I'll go at this again....anyone have one of these repeaters? I do and it worked flawlessly until I password protected my linksys router, due to the fact the repeater had extended the range several hundred feet. I'm a bit confused now.
Anyone here at least with the linksys 54wg that could lend me a hand with a different question?

solved

i didn't have my re1000 linksys extender properly set up. once I figured out how to defaul settings of the extender, it asked for the router password and BAM, all is well. I'm set for now.
