The weather gadget looks like "Ultimate Weather" that was on TheHobbyLounge.com. The website has been shut down so I don't know where t get it anymore

Have a look on Rainmeter.net as well as Browsing Rainmeter on deviantART.

You are almost certain to find similar if not identical gadgets.
