Sorry if this is in the wrong section but does anyone know what this is (keeps popping up when I'm using Firefox):




I think there is some kind of shortcut key that I'm hitting that keeps activating this and it's really annoying. I am using a English OS but I have languge for non-Unicode programs set to Chinese but my parents are using a program that requires that.

Try changing the non-unicode language back to english to see what it says...

Oops, sorry, I forgot about this post.

I found out what the problem was; in the language setting there's a hotkey that enables this pop-up. However, this is a Windows bug because it doesn't allow you to disable the hotkey but I just changed it to some obscure key combination so I won't keep hitting it again.
