I'd like to try it but essentially am a Novice.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

I don't trust it. You're better off with something like UltraVNC or TightVNC if you want to share screens and interact with other computers over the network. I use TightVNC myself. In other cases I use Input Director.

Based on what I can find, that software is for Win 8/8.1.

I believe I did not fully explain why I am interested in BeTwin ES Software.

As I understand it, BeTwin causes a single Windows PC's "HARDWARE" to function as multiple independent Systems.
It requires an additional set of a: Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor to control each additional independent System.
It allows each System to share all of the remaining Hardware.
It's purpose is to save the cost of additional Hardware Systems, i.e.: "Twins", "Triplets", etc.

If it truly works, or if there is "other" Windows Software that does the same thing, I'd be very interested.
I only want to have a Twin, one PC appearing as two unique Windows System.
I prefer Windows-7 Pro, however Windows 8.1 or 10 would also work for me.

Again, my apology for not thoroughly explain my interest.

I was basing my comment on this- Just a moment...
The official website is in maintenance so it's tough to get information.
Maybe setting up a dual boot on your system would accomplish the same thing. I don't know enough about that to be more definitive.
