I'm trying out Index Your Files portable.

On the site Features page and in all the reviews I've found it says you can schedule indexing runs. I have found no way to do it. On the Index Tab there's a button that says Index. Clicking it starts or stop the index job. But I see absolutely no way to schedule one. Has the feature been removed or is scheduling an indexing a secret?

Hi MilesAhead,

This is Sampad C from Dell Social Media Outreach.

As per the information provided by you, i understand that you are using "Index Your Files portable." There is a chance that the functionality of the SUBMIT button may have been disabled by the provider. If that is the case, then the only way to use the submit button would be to keep a full version of the software.

Alternately, you can also try and uninstall this portable version and install a different portable version and see if that works or not.

Please reply back for further clarifications,

Regards,
