Common sense, other than that you're fully loaded.

Greetings

Not to turn yourself into a armored car, it should be healthier just to have a good and well-configurated firewall, one antispyware/malware ( if you want to have one to work as antispyware and another to works as antimalware there´ll be no problem), one AV. If possible a program to help you cleaning your system.

I have myself a simple firewall (outpost firewall) , spyware blaster on background, spybot and search with host protection activated and tea timer, ESET AV. For cleaning my system i have Steganos Trace Destroy. Off and on i use sophos anti-rootkit for checking hidden trojans. Except for the firewall and my AV, the other programs are freeware.

It should be enough, adding more might slow down the system
Sandboxie is nice too
Sandboxie - Sandbox software for application isolation and secure Web browsing

Comodo Firewall has a sandbox feature. So there's no need to install Sandboxie. :)

That was the only element of comodo I found confusing. For example, if I download a file, and determined i wanted to keep it, I couldn't figure out how to tell comodo to write it out permanently (save it, take out of sandbox, how ever you'd like to describe it ;) ) vs. sandboxie, which is pretty straightforward imo.
