Anytime Upgrade Question

If I purchase 7 Ultimate via the anytime upgrade option in Windows (currently running Professional), and for whatever reason end up re-installing Windows later on (dead hard drive, etc), how would I go about getting Ultimate back, if at all, or would I have to re-purchase it?

You'll receive a key when you do the anytime upgrade which unlocks the ultimate features, just reinstall and re-input the key.

Make a Win7 backup image saved externally so you never have to resintall Win7 again, just reimage the HD (or a replacement) in 20 minutes using your Win7 DVD or Repair CD.
