Solved anyway to change 32 bit to 64 bit?
In about a month I am getting a new cpu and mb
But I was wondering I am currently running 32 bit windows 7 ultimate and I want to go to 64 bit ultimate. Is there anyways I can change to 64 bit without losing data?

Sure.
Back up your data to another drive before you install 64-bit.
Better yet, get your data off the C partition permanently.

You cannot upgrade. You have to backup your data and install from scratch.

As stated by ignatzatsonic, backup your data first to an external drive, and then clean install Windows 7 64-bit.
Make sure you have any drivers you need and the installation discs for your applications.
Do you have the retail version of Windows? If so, you should have both the 32-bit and the 64-bit disc.
When you do go to the 64-bit version you'll notice two Programs directories:
Program Files, which is the container for any 64-bit programs.
Program Files (x86), which is the container for any 32-bit programs.
