Have you transferred the hard disk from the Lenovo to a different machine?
Yes, it seems you have.
i got it installed in a P5b deluxe with Q6600 Cpu

That often requires adjusting to new hardware.

i was in safe mode.. and then it was installing a driver in safemode..

What does that mean?

You are not very clear. Can you get into safe mode - or does it stick at the loading drivers screen and go no further?

There is usually a black screen which lists the drivers loading as you are going into safe mode - likely the one you are getting stuck at is the last one showing..

You could use this boot media:

17514x86.iso
17514x64-v10.iso

Boot it up and you can the usual things - chdsk, sfc, etc

Then use the boot media to put a copy of your windows-install-partition-letter:windows\system32\config folder into a compressed zip file and post it here.

like i said; i successfully had it booting into SAFE MODE on the new computer; meaning i was able to get into the choose account screen, pick the account and enter password and log in to see "Safe mode" in each corner of the screen.. but then i saw a baloon showing it was installing drivers.. and when i restarted it no longer made it into safe mode, but BSOD'ed before hand

the only reason i restarted was because i had to connect a sata dvd drive as the pata one was not seen; and then it didnt let me back in; i was going to attempt a "repair install" or "upgrade install" without losing my files + settings.. which is my goal here

Probably because it is on different hardware.

If you use the boot media I already linked ( in my previous post) to get a copy of your registry hives , put them in a compressed zip and post it here, we may be able to fix it.

If you had done that a while ago, it might have been fixed by now.

[It is also possible to use that boot media to uninstall drivers from the afflicted OS, but i don't recommend it at this stage. You don't know which driver(s) are causing the problem. you might screw it up completely]

You would also need the ntuser.dat hive. It is in "Driveletter:\Users\your-username\ntuser.dat"

ok a miracle just happened
somehow its booting + doing chkdsk all on its own.. wow i was so close to giving up too.. :D

what i did was bcdedit /remove {default}
i also used diskpart to set the partition active? not sure why it kept removing the active flag???
also did bootrec /fixmbr + /fixboot + /rebuildBCD

also did a SFC /scannow

fingers crossed its still doing chkdsk i hope i can get to the safemode login screen

i think where i really screwed up was connecting a second drive that i had cloned the first drive onto..
i think it screwed up the drive letters of the partitions and the bootmanager went screwey which si why i had that 0xc000000e error

Ah, now you tell us.

That might cause problems, but not necessarily. Depends on your "cloning" program. Most nowadays do not do true clones - instead, they do copies and automatically change the signature and os volume identifier on the target.

If your cloning program changed those correctly, you would be able to boot on the same hardware.

Trying to boot on different hardware usually requires other adjustments.

im up! its done chkdsk and its actually booted up.. in Normal mode! even! not safe mode..
this is the furthest ive got..
im scared to reboot again..
but the dvd drive isnt showing up again..
and i cant install win7 without the dvd.. if only i had a usb dvd right now..
i might make a usb installer without rebooting and plug it in and do an upgrade install

Or you could copy the contents of the dvd to another partition, then just run setup.exe from that partition.
