APPCRASH at game start

Hello Guys
i have a real problem .
i wanted to play some Vegas2 and when i tried to start it immediatly crashes.
i always get APPCRASH errors

ntdll.dll is the file that appoints RAM to different applications, i feel it maybe an issue that cannot be fixed easily, i had the very same issue with vista right now on dual boot, i had no option but to abandon gaming on vista and switch to 7, so here i am :(

Open up a command prompt with administrator privileges by typing in command prompt into the start menu and right clicking it and run as administrator, then type "sfc /scannow" (without quotation marks), if that comes back inconclusive then keep it open and type "chkdsk /f /r" - this is a long process that can take upto 2 days to complete if you have over 300GB on the primary hard drive.
