I keep getting that. I'm not computer savvy, heck I just want to play and run this game. It should work, this also happened sometime when I played WoW. WoW had a huge hardware update for Cataclysm and after that patch happened my computer doesn't like to run games.

I have Direct X 11, an Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset, Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz.

If you need more information I'd be glad to supply, I just want to play my game, without the hassle of an error.

Note : I can run the shortcut, prompts a login requirement field, and then forwards me to a play button. After initial click of the play, it loads up, I see the games mouse pointer, and then promptly the screen goes black and gives me an error report, with that information above.
