It could be useful to know the Event ID & Source.

Type eventvwr in search and go to the windows log>application tab.
Look for errors that have red in the left hand column that say app hang, or app crash, or anything relating to this CURRENT problem.
When you find any make a screenshot and upload them to us.

What information appears in event logs (Event Viewer)?

> Your error message indicated that “ntdll.dll” is the faulting module.
Please run the command SFC.
Type the following command to an elevated command prompt, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
