Hello, I have a problem with Application Experience service briefly dropping my internet connection ("connection time out") when it enters running state. Interestingly this seems to happen at 3rd minute of hour and sometimes at 33th minute of hour. The problem thus appears periodically, which to me seems to suggest there's something wrong with settings. I'm using desktop PC with Windows 7 HP and internet is non-wirelessly connected through ethernet cable.
How could I troubleshoot this problem?
I'm aware of http://192.168.0.1/ net address to configure modem.
Solution:
Application experience isn't the problem. I solved the problem of periodical disconnections by turning the modem off with power switch button, waiting a few minutes and turning it back on.
