Application failure Sony media go error 0x80070057

I have found that many of my computer programs will not open when I turn my system on. The most recent one is Sony Media Go which I need to sync my phone. When I try to lauch the application iit comes up with the following error message: Media go failed to initialize error code 0x80070057 failure in initializing operations manager step 40 and when I click on show detail the following appears :

I have tried unistalling and re-installing and creating a system restore to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ( I am using a sony vaio computer with windows 7 home premium 64-bit OS)

Please use this tool to post all the files here

Try using iobit uninstaller or revo uninstaller to completely remove Sony media go
this will ensure that the all the registry entries are removed as well

Then install sony media go again..

let me know how it goes.

I have finally solved the problem by deleting the media library. The programme now opens and all of my music and pictures have been restored. Panic over. Thank you for your suggestions.
