Have you noticed how some applications are designed so that the width can't be shrunk beyond a certain percentage of the screen i.e. a skype chat window seems to take about a quarter of the width of the screen even on a 27in monitor this is quite a chunk of real estate.
Does anyone know of hacks to get around this? If I had my way I would use skype, but it is a work requirement,
Thanks
