applications on top, windows 7

ok, i recently installed a replacement for the standard alt+tab application switcher called switcher and i love it. But sometimes, the alt-tab interface does not appear in front of applications, instead it's works behind the opened application window. Anyway, to tweak Windows 7 to make it display Switcher, on-top of other applications no matter what??
