aptio utility set up cant exit

i have a very serious problem about my pc every time i start up it come to aptio utility set up.this happen when i was cleaning the dust inside the cpu i did not do anything inside i only clean the dust but after that when i start it comes w/ aptio utility set up and i cant exit this to normal window star up..please help me guys i want to run my pc normally...thanks

Some how there must be a change in your bios. Aptic Setup is the name AMI uses for the setup program built into your bios.

You will need find the proper key to press when starting your Acer to enter the bios. Maybe something has been changed but the change was never saved.

You might choose Save changes and reset, Discard Changes & exit, or Restore Defaults.
