I am having an issue with an employee trying to access his archived email through OWA when traveling with his laptop. He just got a new laptop and said he could access them from his old one but not the new one.
When he selects the archived email, he gets disconnected from OWA apperently and when i log in as him at my local computer, the header shows up but no email itself (i do not get disconnected however).
I thought maybe he had it set up to archive locally but otherwise im lost and email is not my specialty.
How could he go about retrieving the archived emails? if possible, and why would he get d/c from OWA on his laptop when it just doesnt show the message from my computer?
