Archiving in BCM 2010

Hi All,

I've been using Outlook Business Contact Manager for some time now and it's been very useful. However I can not find a way to archive projects that have been completed and I dont want to just delete them and lose the history of what was done and when.

Does anyone have an idea of how this can be done. The same is true for opportunites won and lost. I dont want to end up with hundreds in each group, but I cannot delete them.

You can create a field called 'Status' make it a drop down pick list, add "Archive" and "Active" as the two category items, select archive in projects you've archived; next is create a tab which filters out the 'archive' field, and only leave 'active' values visible in the list. This way you can easily tell between the two.
