okay so today I had to reflow my ps3 after it got the
ylod .
So i re-fluxed and reflowed the cell processor &
rsx at 1000F(didn't work the first time at 750F lol). So I aplied arctic silver 5 in a paper like layer(2nd time) the first time i tried the center blob/rice method and repalied the hetsink to test and it did not spred evenly.
So my question is: whaat is the break in period/cycle for AC5? anything i should be aware of?

. I just picked a tube up from my local radio shack and noticed no instructions.
Now i have an excuse, I need to play 200 hours to compleat "the break in period" lol
