Are the updates going to change

I read a few articles this one included and am wondering if the usual Windows updates (KB#######) are going to be changed to a MS - ###### patches format?

So what? the article designation may change, but there is no reason/need to change anything else (does anyone here remember the Q numbering system?)
They are basically irrelevant to WU anyhow as the updates are never downloaded by KB/MS number, but by package.

Sorry Noel I was only asking as the article I got to read I thought was a bit ambiguous being not a Microsoft message, and being a little on the cautious side I thought it prudent to ask maybe I shouldn't have.
