Solved Are these updates needed: ASUS Android, Logitech Download Assistant

I've got a Logitech Wireless Performance Mouse MX and an ASUS Transformer Prime tablet, which has resulted in some optional updates showing up. AFAICT, the devices have been working fine. Should I install the updates anyway:

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Other hardware - ASUS Android Composite ADB Interface

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Other hardware - ASUS Android MTP Device

Logitech - Other hardware - USB Input Device (Logitech Download Assistant)
