As solving RANGE CHECK ERROR in WINDOWS 7

¿ How to repair RANGE CHECK ERROR in WINDOWS 7 Ultimate 64 bits ?

My Problem is:
Exception ERangeError in module INTERF~1.ASI at 00014C6B.
Range check error.

when i try to run gta_sa.exe (Gta san andreas exe)

That I should disable in WINDOWS 7 Ultimate 64-bit. to turn off the RANGE CHECK

P.D: In my Windows XP the file InterfaceEditor.asi works perfectly without errors
