[Ask]Custom sound Problem

Hello guys.. still new here and still new to 7
Got little problem here, i already try to find the answer trough the net, but got nothing
The problem that i get is when i messing with the sound menu in personalization
I was made a custom sound for my themes and filling up sound to minimize, maximize and so on.
First, it's working.. but after 3 days is stopped working
it happens when i away from my PC, and somebody start my PC to play some games
and then i realized that some of the sound it's not playing
until now the minimize sound is still working for firefox, but for other program it's not playing.
Trying to make other theme with custom sound that using minimize etc sound still not working

Got any clues? is there Anybody has same problem with me?

Well, i download the theme from the net after that i customized the sound
so, yeah i got the backup, i delete the custom theme i made and open the themepack that i got again, and customized the sound again, buts still no sound
Tried another theme that already had those sound, still no sound

Oh, and the sound play well in every player that i got including WMP

Got any clues?

Already doing the system restore just to fix this but still the sounds won't come

Hey... since its not getting anywhere, i just wanna ask
If i repair the 7 like the vista do, will i can run the already installed program before after i repair it?
