ASK: Unknown Program in Taskbar

hallo,

I have problem with my windows,

there is unknown program appear in my taskbar temporary.

sometimes appear a moment and disappear.

the problem is, when I Play Pro Evolution Soccer (PES 2012), suddenly minimize itself because of this unknown program.

It looks like a "scanner,printer,camera" settings icon.

when its there can you right click on it? if so see if you can open options or settings for it.
