Assistance please with a bsod

Hi
I need some assistance, having an issue with a bsod at start up, would like to provide the mini dump file here so someone could point me in the correct direction to fix. I have created mini dmp,tried to open but it says do not have authority.

I have read your advise should I download you SF software, and follow instruction to run and it will create everything needed to allow someone to view ina readable form advise how to fix issue.
