You have any ideas on why my system restore isn't working now?

On another note, we'll see what happens with the webcam disabled, but another thing I thought of was, when I say asleep, it could actually be hibernating, as I'm not sure how long she lets the computer sit before thios freezing happens, but either way, it shouldn't be doing what it's doing, whether it's been asleep, or hibernating, but thought I'd throw that out there.
