Asus P5P43TD PRO audio problem

Hi,

I have a Altec Lansing speaker which is connected to my CPU. I got a problem now which shows that the speaker is not plugged in into the CPU. This is what i saw from the sound>playback window but I have already connected it to the CPU.

Previously, I don't have such a problem, everything works fine until I left my PC in my hostel and left it OFF for like 2 days. Is it a driver problem? How can i fix this?
