Asus Q-fan control not working?.

Hi I have a Asus H61M-k mother board. When I first got the board the CPU fan would rev when playing games. I have had this board about 3 month now. But last month I noticed that the fan doesn't speed up and it use to as soon as I went into games but now its spinning same speed all the time.

I checked the bios and Q-fan is and chassis are enabled in the advanced setting and set to standard. I changed this to turbo and silent but nothing happens in ez mode.

Any help would be great full

Also in game I used AI tweak 2 to monitor CPU and nothing alters when playing games or on Desktop it still the same.

CPU fan 900 to 1100 RPM
Vcore 1.072V
+12V 12.192V
+5V 5.000
Temp CPU 34 to 37c.

Is this normal?.
