Asus website has hot fixes under drivers / what is needed?

I am very confused by all the hot fixes there is under my Asus laptops driver download section. How do you know if you should install all these?

My laptop model is u56e win 7 64 bit SP1

Hot Fixes

Do search for the KB number that is mentioned in the zip file. Read exactly what the hot fix is trying to remedy. If your laptop is not experiencing any of the mentioned problems. I would save it for the future and not install it. If the fix remedys a problem that you have experienced I would install it. Save the ones you don't use.

Any KB number below 2000000 will have been superseded by Service Pack 1. The updates you quote and attaché are NOT drivers - they are required updates prior to installing drivers.

Since you apparently have SP1 installed, then all but one of the updates are already part of the OS.

The remaining one was released in 2011 (I think), and should have been installed long ago in the normal update routine. If Windows Update doesn't show it, then it's almost certainly already installed. Check the list of Installed Updates by searching on the KBxxxxxxx number.
