Asus X83Vb webcam driver

I installed win7 on my Asus X83Vb and the webcam can't seem to find its driver.
Anyone has a compatible driver ?
I tried Asus website, their drivers are no good.

Also I noticed I get these error in *Device manager:

Base System Device:

With reference to this Tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/73420-hardware-identification.html and the information you have provided (Vendor 1180 and Devices 0843 and 0592), I have found the following information.

The Vendor is Ricoh, and the devices are SD/MMC Host Controller and Memory Stick Controller respectively. This is probably a built-in card reader, and as such should be plug and play.
