Hi,
My name is Renee,and your site is as far as i am going with this tried many sites and no one understands..Ok i have multiple errors ,mainly error 0x8007005 or acess denied .I can't open system restore,can't download NOTHING because it bring's up the run window soon as i click it disappears.Now when logging on i get KERNAL message not sure what that's about...Any suggestions PLEASE! I won't be able to download anything,system repair didn't work or safe modes...

Bring up the elevated command prompt. This will allow you the time necessary to give commands. Do not use run.

You might try using your Win 7 dvd and do a repair install.
