Hi,

i recently upgraded my ACER Aspire L3600 desktop to windows 7 ultimate 32bit. Everything is working fine accept my wireless adapter which is from Atheros AR5007EG. i can see the wireless adapter in the device manager which also states that the "device is working properly". My connection is also showing up on the wireless list and when i try to connect is either stalls or nothing happens. The list of things i tried are below:

-enabling and disabling the wireless adapter
-installing and uninstalling the wireless adapter
-updating the driver (which was not successful)
- i tried disabling all firewalls and virus programs
- i tried turning off the "power management to save power" option in the properties option of the adapter

Frankly i have run out of ideas. Can anyone help me please? I am desperate.
Thanks

Any other ideas please?
Thanks
