Sorry for not replying earlier, I was busy with school.:o
While I am not an expert here is what is usually the problem:You receive a "Stop error code 0x0000000A (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)" error message in Windows XP
Typically, this error occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address. Other possible causes of this error include an incompatible device driver, a general hardware problem, or incompatible software.
After reviewing the log files you posted there are IRQ conflicts, although some are not that important, others are:

As a final note in order to continue what is going wrong you are going to have to fill in your system specs:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

Also did you clean install Windows 7? Were all your drives formated properly? Did you use the driver cd included with your motherboard and GPU, or did you download the latest from their perspective websites?

Also there was no minidump file included. Did you disable minidumps?
Please re-enable by following the instructions here: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
Follow option 1, Step 6 "Create a Small memory dump"
Next restart your system and try to reproduce the BSOD, then re-run the tool you downloaded and re-upload the .zip file, which should now have a mini-dump attached.

It looks like bad usb drivers. (EtronXHCI.sys)
Unplug all of your USB devices, excluding mouse and keyboard
Download the latest drivers at: GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 (rev. 1.3)
Select windows 7 x64,

Download the following drivers:
Realtek Function driver for Realtek Azalia audio chip
Intel INF installation
Intel Management Engine Interface
Realtek LAN Driver
Marvell SATA Controller Driver
Intel® Rapid Storage Technology
Etron USB 3.0 Driver
Intel VGA Driver

Install each driver and restart your computer after each driver installs, continuing the process for each driver.
After all the drivers are installed run the following:http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
Follow option 2, step 2
then follow option 3 and upload the log file.

If everything is ok, then you should be able to plug all of your USB devices, back in, including the Bluetooth.

While usually advised against, it may be beneficial to update your BIOS to UEFI, now this is not required, and may cause your system to brick if there is an power outage while flashing, but there are more features that would be available to your board and may come with stability improvements as well.

Also one last word of advice for the BIOS update is that you need to uninstall the motherboard utilities from windows if you do decide to update the BIOS.

It seems the scannow found 4 files that needed to be fixed.
Also are you plugging the Bluetooth dongle in USB3 port or a USB2 port?

Since you also mentioned that your sound card does not work, did you disable things in your bios such as PCIE lanes, controllers, ect. What about overclocks?

If you didn't touch the BIOS then, we would probably have to start by resetting the BIOS to default. If things are still not working then we may have to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7. If we take this route your activation key will be able to be saved, but you will probably have to backup important documents.

Before you reinstall windows,
First try the Bluetooth in a USB 2.0 port on the back of your pc.
Then check the device manager for unknown devices and post the hardware ID of the bluetooth dongle.

i searched 0000 as the PID and VID in the pci vendor site and the only thing i found that was related was something from HP

If this is with it installed in the USB 2 port then there is something definitely wrong with Windows or Drivers.

I would suggest updating your BIOS to UEFI, then clean installing Windows following the instructions here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html

As for your second hdd, I would format it, but after you install Windows to the SSD,
Also during installing windows, unplug the HDD, this way the boot sector gets written to the SSD and not the HDD.
Finally make sure to download the network driver (LAN) to a Flashdrive and install the network drivers at the first boot.

DO NOT use the included CD/DVD with your motherboard to install the drivers download them from the Gigabyte website, you will need:
Intel INF installation
Intel Management Engine Interface
Realtek LAN Driver
Marvell SATA Controller Driver
Intel® Rapid Storage Technology
Etron USB 3.0 Driver
Intel VGA Driver

You will also need the AMD GPU drivers:
http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/1810-latest-amd-catalyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html

And the Xonar DG driver (Windows 7 x64)
ASUS - Multimedia- ASUS Xonar DG

Do other USB devices work? For the sound card is there anything listed in device manager regarding the Xonar DG?

How long have you had the motherboard? There can be a possibility that something is wrong with it, but on the other hand something can be wrong with the sound card and Bluetooth dongle.

Do you have a spare pc or laptop to test the Bluetooth dongle?

ive had the motherboard since last december. i went to an ncix store last week to check if my sound card is faulty and it worked on their computer. the usb dongle also works on my laptop.

im still under warranty by ncix. i guess i should ask to replace it. not sure what their policy is. im pretty sure a broken motherboard should be enough, hopefully lol

That would be the only explanation, I would recommend asking them either for an exchange or return since it is still within the 1 year warranty.

On a side note, I take that you watch NCIX Tech Tips and Linus Teach Tips on YouTube?
