ati hd 4570 graphics + hdmi on W7

[acer 7535G]

ever since upgrading my notebook acer 7535g from vista home premium to w7 home premium. the ati 4570 card as stopped working along with the hdmi output,i am only recieving the lower 3200 card. i've only had this laptop a month and sent off for the W7 upgrade offer,for which i recieved a couple of weeks later, i followed all the prompts and now i am left with no higher graphics card,and no hdmi. i did a W7 upgrade advisor and it said everything was compatable.can't seem to find any info on acer website about this problem..can anybody point me in the right direction please.

with someone with the same laptop and the only way they got it to work in Windows 7 was to use this,

ATI MobilityModder - HardwareHeaven.com

to modify the driver to work. Complete instructions on how to use it about 2/3 down the page.
