ATI Overscan settings take 5 minutes to load at startup.

When i start my computer up i have a big black border around the screen, which after 5 minutes goes away.

I have set the scaling options from the default 5%, to 0% in the AMD Vision control center. but still there seems to be 5 minutes of delay everytime i start my pc up before these settings are automatically applied.

Don't worry it is Natural my HD5770 does that too at 1920/1080 but atleast 20 seconds after boot for me

I would suspect it is the cards drivers anything before 12.6 might treat it different

I have the same card, although it did not used to happen, so im sure its caused by the latest drivers.

Yeah it didn't do this till new drivers

Also read about it so if you go back on the drivers it will function fine early 12 even late CCC 11 drivers going back to version 10 is too much
