ati radeon xpress 200 code 43 error

i have an ati radeon xpress 200 onboard card . i have installed all the latest drivers but the problem is that my win 7 switches back from aero to basic version again and again with a code 43 error

this is the error i get sometimes

You need the latest ATI Control Centre but may have issues finding this. Check on legacy products when on there website. Have you tried windows update for the driver? Uninstall the driver and reboot as Windows will install a signed driver.

i have tried all those means ati catalyst 9.3 becoz from 9.4 there is no support for xpress 200 and what are legacy drivers ? please explain

win7 wont support it cause that card doesn't support aero that is why you are having issues you need to get a new card atleast dx10

couple articles i dug up will explain to you why sorry but that card is no good unless you are running xp maybe vista but if it doesnt support aero vista wouldnt work either good luck hope this helps

On another note, the device you have is also found in some servers so a search for servers might show up.

i got it searched but sometimes the card runs aero on my pc and i think for aero u need a card with dx9.0c or above and mine is 9.0c secondly i ran the win 7 upgrade advisory and it showed no problem with the card
