I am using a 64-Bit version of Se73n Ultimate. I tried using the software known as WavePad Sound editor and the Atrac3 codec to make a wav file and then change the extension to .at3 in order to use it in a PSP system. But unfortunately, when I try save the open mp3 file in the .wav format, I don't see the Atrac3 attributes, I installed the atrac3 driver restarted my computer then installed WavePad, it still didn't work, I then tried it the other way around and it still didn't show. I searched for the atrac3 file that was install on my computer and it was located in C:/windows/sysWOW64 in the format .acm Is that where it is surposed to be and the format it is surposed to be in? I have tried putting it the system32 folder, but that didn't make any difference, PLEASE HOW CAN I MAKE WAVEPAD NOTICE THE ATRAC3 Codec attribute? Or is there any AT3 converter out there that I can buy?
