Attachmate Extra - Cannot find security file error

Ok so I am not sure that I am posting this in the correct place but here goes. I have installed Attachmate Extra on our windows seven test machine. However, when a user who is not part of the PC admin group tries to run the application there is an error 'cannot find security file'. As soon as the user is placed in the PC admins groups the app works just fine for that user.
We are also now getting a message that says 'Unable to update system registry. Try running regedit'

This issue is caused by Extra not being able to write back to the directory that the security file is in. I would recommend that you re-install the applicaiton and choose the all users or my documents directory as the location for your user data files. If you are also seperately pushing out the security file I recommend that you put the file in a location where users from all security groups will have access to read and write back to the file. This should resolve both issues that you are seeing.
