Attempting to clean install W7 pro on Dell I7 5758

[FONT=&quot]I have a NEW Dell I7 5758 with W8.1 on the HDD. I’ve installed a new HDD and am attempting to install W7 PRO on that new drive. DVD spins, loads fine, says “starting Windows” and then freezes. Tried 4 times. I did turn off security boot in the BIOS. Ideas?[/FONT]
