Attributes that Prevent the Disk from Showing up in the Computer

Hello everyone!
I have a problem from Windows 7, last time I use it I dint have not problem, I just notice these problem now
don't have any clue where these problem coming from, since I dint do any changes at all.
Since it was use as "plug & play"
Below are the list what I have search with out any solution

1.Click 'Refresh" Desktop noting
2.Run: Check Disk Utility: chkdsk
3.Re-Start PC
4.Check with others USB Drive and it works (Same Plug)

Its not clear what's happening is this a brand new disk or one that had something on it? If it's new then it's correct and needs partition and format if it had data then it's lost the partition and you need partition recovery software to get data back

all ready has data (all 4 hardrives)

But you cant rebuild MBR if its UEFI GPT

Your disk is totally blank like brand new two choices create partition format then it will work but know chance of getting data back. Your other option is to try specific partition recovery software if you want to get data back if data is valuable then don't touch it send it to data recovery which cost you

A NAS device has its own OS (normally Linux).
All disks must be GPT as MBR disk has a limit size of 2.2T and yours (each one) is 4T.
Mini tool show as 500G SAS disk
You have 4 disks that show as one. The disks are probably set as dynamic or RAID
4x4= 16T and not 18T

My suggestion is to ask for Qnap support.

I was wonder if upgrade to Windows 10
1. would I be available to to move a way from these problem I'm facing by installing Windows 10
2.Use another computer find out where is the problem sitting.
3.Again as I cannot play or compromise or play with data
5.External hard disk when I bought them, come with recovery service ( Only if its hardware problem) would guarantee apply!

I just don't know what difference between portion recovery vs Re-Built MBR

Your issue is not related to the computer is attached to. So it will be the same in Win 7 and win 10.
Your disks are not MBR. For sure they are GPT. So don't try to fix the MBR. There is no MBR on a GPT disk. You may loose all data on the disks.

Your problem is much more complicated than a single disk that lost the partition table. You have 4 disks on a array running on its own OS.
Ask for Seagate support.
