Audio and Sound Fail to Activate

Intel Premium. Windows 7. Satellite L655-S5096. Model # PSK2CU-01Q01S.

Whenever I turn on my computer, the sound starts out fine, but steadily begins to get worse over time, adding a staticy sound in the background. Youtube videos slow down a lot before ultimately not working at all, and iTunes songs don't work in the slightest.

The odd thing is, it doesn't have this problem when I'm at work. The sound works perfectly while I'm there and only begins to deteriorate when I return home.

What can I do to fix this issue?

Please, can someone help me with this? I listed all of my information, so I don't understand why I'm not getting any assistance.
