Solved audio can't be changed even when i change the volume slider

hi, my comp is having some audio problems and i need help.
-windows 7 ultimate 32 bit-

my audio didn't work even when i change the volume slider
no sound is coming from both speakers and headset
i tried to restart/shut down my laptop but it wasn't work



i don't know what to do.
sorry if i make a mistake in this post because i'm new here

Hello . Welcome..have you checked Drivers in Device Manager.. do you have speakers plugged in right ports. ? Do the speakers work on another computer. but not this one.. .. ?

yes i have, both my sound drivers IDT HD audio CODEC and intel(R) display audio said it is working properly
i dont have any speaker plugged in my laptop, no sound is coming from my laptop, even when i tried plugged in a headset, it's still the same.
The other day my sound work properly, but today i dont know what happen
