Ok so it doesn't matter what I'm doing, my audio cuts in and out randomly. I thought it might be a faulty board (and seeing as its built into my mother board I can't take it out and try another one) so I tried swapping over to my digital audio out on my graphics card. That yielded even worse results as not only would it cut out but every so often it'd come back artifacted and require resetting the audio on the video card to get it back. This is a relatively fresh install, but it was doing this before I had issues and needed to reinstall. So I'm thinking its a problem inside windows 7 itself.
Any thoughts guys?
