When I insert a audio disk windows says the disk is empty this happens 75% of the time
But the disk works on cd players

Two possibilities:
- Dust and hair inside the drive. Clean out with a can of compressed air.
- Failing/misaligned laser head. Drive replacement is usually the best solution.
