Audio drivers problem

Hallo!I have a problem with my audio-I was using via hd audio program(i dont know if its called driver or w/e) and i was getting some audio effects (echo) and when i turned them off the automaticly turned on so i uninstalled the program and now i dont have audio.Please tell me which program should I install and if you can please give me a link.My motherboard is Asrock i dont know any models or information about it if you need it please tell me how to find that information.Thank you!

It appears that the removal/corruption of 'audio drivers' have lead to the loss of 'audio'. Since we are not sure about what exactly happened, you may try a complete 'audio driver' re-installation to see if that helps.

To check the status (and remove) the 'system audio', please open 'Device Manager'. Please refer to the steps listed below:
- Click 'Start' > Type 'devmgmt.msc' (without quotations) in the 'Search Box' > Tap 'Enter' (Device Manager appears) > Locate and Expand 'Sound, Video & Game Controllers' (Sound Card drivers are listed under this category) > Check if a 'question mark/exclamation mark' is observed besides any 'device' (You may also look through the whole list to see if any other device is listed with such a mark, under 'Other Devices')

Right click the 'Audio Device' > Click 'Properties' > Click 'Details' tab > Select 'Hardware ID' from the 'Property Drop Down' > Capture and share 'Hardware ID details'. (Refer to this article: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/73420-hardware-identification.html)

You may then right click and uninstall that device driver. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete removal. Restart the system and install fresh 'audio drivers' from the manufacturer website. If not sure, please share the 'Hardware Id' details of the 'device' and I will help you with the appropriate driver for the card installed in your computer.
