Anyone know of a at least 4' audio out to audio in cable. Pretty much a double sided headphone jack.

They used to ship those with some audio cards, the hard part is finding a short one.
Try a search on 1/8" male to male stereo cable.

You should use a shielded "audio" cable and NOT a "speaker" cable that is not shielded. 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo plugs on each end.
