hi
can anyone help?
i have a medion akoya laptop running windows 7 64 bit
i have no audio. if i click troubleshoot problems it says the audio service is not running
it says the windows audio and endpoint builder arent working
if i go into services, windows audio is set to automatic but its not on, when i click start it says "error:1075 the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion"
ive been going round in circles for ages!
also, i cant seem to play videos from youtube, but ones from other sites play (without audio)
any ideas please?
any help is appreciated, i havent had volume for months!

Hiya pal ... filling in your system specs in full would help immensely. There are many models in the medion akoya range Medion Akoya Drivers so It seems that you maybe don't have the latest drivers installed, but we cant steer you in the right direction without giving us the correct information ;)
