Audio settings not saving after shutdown

Every time I start my computer (running 64but Win 7 pro) I have to go to the Sound devices and change the settings. The do not save when windows shut down. What can I do?:confused:

What is it changing to? That would help us to try and help you.

Also do you have the motherboard vendor's Via sound drivers installed? If you only have the generic Windows HD Audio Codec, install the correct Via sound drivers.
