Audio will skip/pop/lag

Hello I recently installed windows 7 x64 service pack one, And now my audio is all laggy and stuff. Does anyone know why this is happening? Here are my computer specs

I tryed de-fragmenting and reinstalling my audio driver, BUT its still laggy.
